Weighing and Inspection Machine
A weighing and inspection machine is an online checkweighing device that can be integrated with various packaging production line conveyors. It is mainly used for online monitoring of product weight to determine if any parts or products are missing from the packaging. Online checkweighing completes the product inspection during the product conveying process, comparing the measured weight with a pre-set weight value. The control system calculates and issues instructions to reject unqualified products.

Equipment Overview (see diagram):
The checkweigher consists of two sections: a matching section and a weighing section. Materials are fed at a constant speed through the matching section and then into the weighing section. The system determines whether the weighing data is acceptable or unacceptable. Acceptable materials are discharged, while unacceptable materials are alarmed and shut down.
