I. Project Overview
Project Title: Liquid Level Detection System
Project Objective: Real-time detection of product liquid levels with precise online rejection of nonconforming containers.
Maximum Throughput: Up to 72,000 bottles/cans per hour (high-performance configuration).
Applicable Container Materials: Aluminum, tinplate, PE, PET, PP, ceramics, glass, and other common packaging materials.
Supported Product Range: Capacity 200–2000 ml; diameter 30–90 mm; height 50–200 mm.
Equipment Model: MT-HFX-06.
II. Environmental Requirements
Altitude Range: 5–3000 meters above sea level.
Operating Temperature: 5°C–40°C.
Relative Humidity: 50%–65% RH.
Factory Conditions: The production site must comply with relevant national standards regarding floor levelness, load-bearing capacity, and other parameters to ensure stable equipment operation.
Storage Requirements: After delivery, components and equipment should be stored in facilities that meet national standards. During storage, regular lubrication and maintenance are required to prevent surface damage or deformation that could impact installation, commissioning, or normal operation.
III. Production Requirements
Power Supply: 220V, 50Hz, single-phase (provided by the customer). For non-standard voltages, advance notice is required; equipment specifications, delivery time, and pricing may vary accordingly.
Total Power Consumption: Approximately 1.0 kW.
Control Voltage: 24 VDC.
Compressed Air: 4–12 Pa, with the air line connection from the main air source to the equipment provided by the customer.
IV. Equipment Overview
1. Installation Plan
Positioning: To be installed downstream of the filling machine and positioned either before or after the inkjet printer.
Requirements: The production line should include a single-row conveyor chain with a straight section of at least 2 meters.
Installation Timeline: Installation to be completed within 24 hours.
Track Adjustment: A guardrail gap of ≤15 cm should be opened in the straight section of the conveyor to allow for the rejector outlet.
Main Components: The system primarily consists of an inspection unit, rejection unit, power distribution cabinet, human-machine interface, electronic assemblies, and mechanical parts.
Defective Container Handling: The purchaser is advised to construct a rigid collection box and position it where rejected products are discharged.

3. Detection principle
the penetration principle of X-rays, products with different liquid levels form different projections at the ray receiving end and display different numerical values. The signal of defective products is received and the liquid level is judged to be qualified according to the standard parameters set by the user. If the product is confirmed to be unqualified, the detection system will automatically reject the defective product.
