I. Project Overview
Project Title: Liquid Level Inspection System
Project Scope: Designed for real-time detection of product liquid levels with precise online rejection of nonconforming containers.
Maximum Capacity: Up to 72,000 bottles/cans per hour (high-performance model).
Compatible Container Materials: Aluminum, tinplate, PE, PET, PP, ceramics, and glass.
Applicable Product Range: Volume 200–2000 ml; diameter 30–90 mm; height 50–200 mm.

II. Environmental Conditions
Altitude Requirements: Suitable for operation between 5–3000 meters above sea level.
Ambient Temperature Range: 5°C–40°C.
Relative Humidity Range: 50–65% RH.
Factory Conditions: Floor flatness, load-bearing capacity, and other site parameters must comply with national standards to support stable equipment operation.
Storage Requirements: After delivery, equipment and components must be stored in facilities meeting relevant national standards. Proper lubrication and maintenance should be carried out during storage to prevent surface corrosion or deformation that could hinder installation, commissioning, or normal operation.

Power Supply: 220V, 50Hz, single-phase (customer to provide). For special voltages, prior notice is required; specifications, lead time, and pricing may vary accordingly.

IV. Equipment Introduction
1. Installation Plan
Location: Positioned after the filling machine, either before or after the inkjet printer.
Requirements: Single-row conveyor chain required, with a minimum straight section of 2 meters at the installation site.
Installation Timeframe: Installation to be completed within 24 hours.
Conveyor Modification: A guardrail gap of ≤15 cm in the straight section must be cut to accommodate the reject outlet.
Main Components: Inspection unit, rejection unit, power distribution cabinet, human-machine interface, electronic systems, and mechanical structures.
Rejected Container Collection: Purchaser is advised to construct a rigid collection box at the reject location for defective containers.
2. Inspection Scope
High Liquid Level Detection (auxiliary).
Low Liquid Level Detection (standard).
3. Detection Principle
The system applies X-ray penetration technology. Containers with varying liquid levels create distinct projection patterns at the receiving end, generating different numerical readings. Based on pre-set user parameters, the system evaluates each container’s fill level. If a container is deemed non-compliant, the system automatically triggers rejection.
